This Privacy Policy explains what data TrackMySet processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

2. Data you provide

Depending on how you use the App, this can include:

Workout and program data (exercise names, sets/reps/weight, notes, history)
Lifestyle logs (nutrition, sleep, reading, meditation)
Profile data (for example name, birthday, and preferences)
Optional account email for authentication/cloud sync
Imported/exported backup files

3. How your data is used

To run core app features (tracking, progress views, and settings)
To save and restore your data across sessions
To sync across devices when cloud sync is enabled
To calculate gamification/progress features (XP, levels, unlocks)

4. Storage model

Local-first

TrackMySet stores your data locally on your device by default.

Optional cloud sync

If you sign in and enable cloud sync, your app data is stored in Firebase services associated with your account so it can sync across devices.

5. Third-party services

Firebase (Google): optional auth and cloud data sync
Google Fonts/CDN assets: UI font/asset delivery
Chart.js: local chart rendering in the app

These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Sharing and selling

TrackMySet does not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as needed to provide the services you choose (for example, optional cloud sync) or to comply with legal obligations.

7. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on-device until you clear it, uninstall, or overwrite it.
Cloud data remains until removed through account/data deletion workflows.
You can export your data for backup at any time.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

TrackMySet is not directed to children under 13. If you believe data was submitted by a child under 13, contact us and we will review and remove it as required.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can also withdraw from optional cloud features by signing out and disabling sync.

This policy may change over time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
